Replacement and refund policy

Ensure the safety of the product sold before receiving the product from the representative.

Replacement shall be within 14 days from the date of receipt provided that the product is present

  • Non-user
  • The original condition of the product packaging
  • Full – Includes free gifts, accessories and original packaging
  • Not damaged
  • The existence of the original invoice for the product

 

There are no replacements or refunds for any white scars, white scars, accessories, wrists, trimmings, tibetons, or trimmers unless the goods are not in conformity with the specifications or the purpose for which they were purchased. The customer has the right to replace or retrieve them.

All products are washed with lukewarm water and without using bleach.

The company is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the washing instructions.

 

Monetary Recovery

The refund of the product to the customer begins after the product quality has been checked and accepted. The quality inspection process takes up to 8 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. After completing the examination process, we notify you by text message or phone call.

. The amount paid will be refunded according to the method of payment – cash in case of cash payment or bank transfer in case of payment visa

. In the case of choosing a purchase with a voucher to buy, we can not replace the voucher with the cash amount again, but can be replaced with the same product or another product with the same value of the purchase of the replaced product

The amount paid will be refunded in case of payment in cash within 48 hours and in the case of payment Visa within 7-14 working days from the examination report

If the product return request does not comply with the pre-stated refund policy, we will contact you to explain the details and send the product back to you within 5-8 working days.

If we are unable to reach you for delivery of the returned product or have been rejected by you, the product return procedure will be canceled and the product will be held for a maximum of 90 days and you can not claim it.
